First Impressions - Brow and Eye Products #1

Hello Everyone!

Welcome back to ABC! Today, I am doing a First Impressions Review on a few Eye and Brow Products!
Please keep in mind, all of these reviews are my own, personal thoughts on each product. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions about products. Please leave your comments on each product down below, so that other readers may see your thoughts, along with mine! :) Plus, I love reading what other people have to say about products that I have also tried! Now, let's get down to my first impressions!

I will post the Name and price that I paid, of each product. Along with the claims of each product, and the directions. Then, I will post how I felt after trying each one!


Maybelline Define-A-Brow Pencil $5.97-

• Blends easily with brow hair

Expert application tips:
Swivel up one full turn to expose point. Using thin, hair-like strokes, glide liner along your natural brow line. Use attached comb to blend color and groom brow hair. Removes easily with Maybelline New York Experrt Eyes Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover. To perfectly set brows, use Define-A-Brow Gel.

First Impression-
The way i applied this product:
I groomed my brows with a spoolie. I then filled in my brows, squaring them off a little bit on the starting point. As i was filling them in, i used the brush to blend it out. I felt that the color i chose was a bit to light for me. So, that was my fault for not reading the package completely through. I set my brows with a dark brown mascara. My brows stayed put all day, from about 1pm-10pm. I also was able to remove the product with my regular makeup remover wipe.

Directions:

First Impression-

I swiped a few streaks of the product across my lids, and used my fingers, and beauty blender to blend in. It dried in about 15-20 seconds. While applying my shadows, I noticed that they blended out verry smooth. My eye shadow stayed put for 8hrs when i used this.

e.l.f. Cream Liner $3-

 

 Excuse my goosebumps in this photo above. It was pretty cold in my mom's house.

The cream formula creates a smooth line that is defined and precise. Smudge-proof, budge-proof and water-resistant coverage for all day wear to combat against sweat, tears or rain! Achieve thin or bold lines with ease. Slanted eyeliner brush included.

This product did not come with any direction, that I saw. But, its a liner... Pretty self explanatory. So, just wing it. Apply this liner, as you normally would any other gel, liquid or cream liner.

First Impression-
I absolutely have fallen inlove with this product! The pigmentation is amazing. I have the black. It is a true black color. It goes on very smooth, and creamy. It does stay put where you put it. I cried while wearing this liner, and it did not budge! Love it!

Maybelline the Falsies Volum' Express Waterproof Mascara $5.94-

This is their "Spoon Wand". It is curved, to form to the curve of your eye lashes.

 

Naked Lashes - No Mascara or Product at all.

1 Coat of the Falsies Volum' Express Mascara
I started to see Volume at the base of my lashes, and the start of definition.

2 coats of the Falsies Volum' Express Mascara
I see Good Definition and some length, lots of volume at the base of lashes.

 

4 Coats of the Falsies Volum' Express Mascara
Minimal clumps, lengthened, and defined. Pretty Voluminous.

To use: For best results, hold brush with spoon side against lashes and sweep from root to tip. Repeat until desired look is achieved. Do not let dry between coats.

First Impression-

This mascara is sooooo true to its words. I was able to do 2coats and it looked like i had natural falsies on. The formula doesn't weigh down lashes. It helps hold the curl. Its an amazing mascara all around. It even made my bottom lashes look fuller, and longer. (Normally they are thin and short) This might become a new go to mascara.
